Em got way too emotionally invested in her grown-up identity, so I am thinking we won't be doing this again any time soon. There were too many tears when she had to go back to Emberly Jarvis, little girl.

Em Plays Grown Up-- July 2013
We read a book, "Summer Jackson Grown Up", in which the little girl who is the main character does grown up things. So of course Emberly wanted to do the same. The funniest thing was that as she walked around in her own dress-up high heels, pulling air through her teeth and swallowing to protect her bright lipsticked lips, she was sighing. And sighing. I really hadn't realized how much I do that! She also stopped and did some pushups. I have a tendency to stop and do a set around the house.
Em got way too emotionally invested in her grown-up identity, so I am thinking we won't be doing this again any time soon. There were too many tears when she had to go back to Emberly Jarvis, little girl.

I'm so proud of Em. She's being such a big help here. :)
