Breckin has started talking a lot this week! A little over a month until his second birthday, and he is exploding with new words and phrases. He repeats everything Emmy says. He says "I want to see" (of course its more like "I uh see"), "I ant toi" (want toilet- yes he has tried that a few times, too!), he prays with us at the table, and has a good sense of sequence with numbers (thanks to many games of hide and seek, no doubt). He always says "Amen!" after we pray. I love him so!
Emberly learned to gain some momentum on the swing herself this week, and she is now pedaling just fine on her bike. I had thought that she just wasn't catching on to the pedaling motion, but I happened to have her bike inside this week and saw that there was a wire wrapped between the sprocket and chain. Took that out and suddenly she could pedal! Slap myself moment :)
